THE FIRST EASTER CHANGED THE COURSE OF HISTORY!
The death and resurrection of Jesus are at the heart of the Christian message. By dying on the cross he willingly accepted the punishment for the sin of the world - obtaining forgiveness for all who would trust in him. By rising from the dead (as he said he would) he proved he was who he said he was - namely God on earth.

the centurion charged with killing Jesus
Mary Magdalene at the tomb, the first to see Jesus alive
Peter after meeting the risen Jesus and being emboldened by Jesus to tell everyone the good news of that first Easter
Free chocolate eggs will be given out after the service to all the children.
There will be a Lord's Table / Communion service (in Fraser chapel) after the morning service.
