How do I get food?

If you are in urgent need of food, speak to your local Citizens Advice Bureau, Job Centre, your doctor, health visitor, social worker or other care professional and they will issue you with a foodbank voucher.

While you wait for your food, sit down with a cup of tea/coffee and chat to the helpers who are ready with a listening ear.  If appropriate, they will point you to other agencies who may be able to help you further.

Bring your voucher into the King's Centre (or one of the other centres) to get 3 days worth of food.
